How many of you have seen lava flowing from a volcano. That is real power. I found a clip that shows where three cans of coke meet a lava flow. It's interesting. I thought that the result would be different but it's still full of power. Power meets power

Aw man wish I had a buddy seat at my school. Even Superheroes  have bully problems sometimes and can't find someone to impress with our skills. . I'm gonna put it out there to schools so they can get it together.

I think that I am brave, fearless in fact. Some people are just like that. Adrenaline is what makes us so amazing. Get the heart thumping, focus in and go for it. That's what makes me such a good 'Superhero' in training. This may be my next training idea. Got to find myself a good mentor. This guy will probably do. I'll go and look him up. See ya!

I always wanted to play the piano but it didn't happen, that's when I decided being a super hero would be good. Music is really cool though, I bop along to my mum's music sometimes, though I tell her it's disgusting. My mate showed me the clip that I have put a link to. It's makes me feel embarrassed that an elephant can play the piano and I can't. Just shows we all have different talents. Ok back to watching that shifty looking character sneaking along the road. Hey out there.

To be master of your game you have to be able to impress the people around you. I'm excellent at tracking people using clues, asking questions that give me the information that I want and working out the bad guy when I'm watching movies. I worked out that I need to keep people questioning my skills so I am practicing new ideas all of the time. Here is my latest one - blowing up a balloon without lip power or pump. Science is so much fun. My teacher brought some milk to school with some food dye and dishwash. I thought that she was going to make milkshakes and then get us to do the dishes. But noooooo. After lunch she put a dish on the table and put milk in it. What happened next? We thought she had gone crazy, maybe she had a cat hidden somewhere. Anyway next two drops each of the food dye in separate spaces. All this time she said nothing. Our brains were burning thinking what is she doing? I've found a clip of what happened next. You know I was watching a hawk the other day. Watching birds a million years ago, well not really that long ago but watching birds was the start of the invention of the airplane. Oh yeah you say, really! Well think about it, birds flew first. Just imagine sitting on a hill watching birds flying around and suddenly you get this thought that bolts through your brain, I want to fly. You stand up and flap your arms like an idiot and the birds laugh their heads off. That didn't work but it was the beginning of the thought. I wonder… that is the first step of invention. Hmmm wonder what I can invent and hit the world with. I gotta go. After school I'm going to go and sit on a hill, see if I have any brain bolts. See ya!!!!!!!

Expanding my skills

Hey, I've added a new youtube clip. It's about some people in a boat saving a whale. Now my motto is Funky Duck to the rescue BUT I never thought of animals. I'm on a new roll. I'm still going to save people from danger and disaster but if I can be a hero saving other things well should I turn the job down. No way!!!!!

Boy isn't life weird

Boy isn't life weird, one minute you are minding your own business when 'wham' your skateboard hits the gutter and you're sitting on the road. Next minute you see this truck coming straight for you and you think well this is it. Goodbye! The truck stops a metre from you, the driver gets out. What do you do? Smile and say hello, start crying because you thought it was the end. Heck no! You get  up off your tush, you wipe your hand on your pants and you say, "what great driving, I couldn't have done better if I tried myself." Smile nicely at the man and shake his hand. 

It could have finished there but the man then had his own little speech, actually it was more like a yell. He wasn't rude but he wasn't friendly neither. He finished his spiel then grumped his way back to his truck. 

I smiled nicely, really I did. He didn't smile back as he drove around me and carried on his way. It was a bit embarrassing but my skateboard was fine. What can you do? Well I dropped my board and skated to meet Wheels at the park, what I was doing in the first place. 
Life is weird sometimes. 

Hey, you started school yet. I go next week to a brand new school as mine was knocked out by those earthquakes. I actually want to go back as hey I've just been so so busy learning my super hero skills I need a break. Last week I cruised around my home town and checked out the spots. All was good. I stop and use my senses these days to make sure that I'm not saving people that don't need to be saved. TOTAL embarrassment that last save. Next time I'll tell you about it. (maybe) Time to go I'm practicing my drop rolls today. I saw this movie about parachuters yesterday and the man said if you don't land properly you can break your ankles. So that's today done. Seeeeeeeeee ya!

Well, it's been a while. 

What's been happening?  I've been honing my skills and getting better at saving people. 

It was so embarrassing saving people when they didn't need saving. My friend Wheels put me straight and now I make sure that there is trouble before I fix it. 

Hey you should see Wheels at the skatepark. He's been practising doughnuts in his wheelchair. He kept spinning out and I would have to help him get back in but practice, practice, practice makes perfect. And that is what I've been doing too. But you should see Wheels he gets the speed up down the ramp and before he gets to the opposite ramp he leans to one side, grabs the wheel on that side and spins around.  His next idea is to turn it into a figure of eight. 

It's taken me a long time to sort out how to get really good at being a super hero. I'd love some ideas. I know that I have to have great powers of observation. Be a great athlete and know lots of stuff. 

School was boring last year but I did learn how to research stuff and that was helpful with learning super hero stuff. I also found some different science experiments on youtube. When I get time I'll put some more on the blog.
